Lacy is tenacious, focused, faith-filled and her favorite thing is to help others become successful and break through to freedom in business and every aspect of life. Her entrepreneurial journey started at age 15 with reading Rich Dad Poor Dad and becoming an owner of a Quixtar business. She has created and owned several businesses since then and has made every mistake possible. Now she is combining those hard lessons learned, tools of success, and years of mentorship into the Freedom Path for you in her signature programs!

She joined the Army at age 17 and over 14 years learned to lead and run the business of the Army at multiple levels, including 2000+ Soldiers at a time. She worked her way up to the top 3% of her field through 2014.

Her passion is being an available mother and growing her businesses has allowed her the flexibility and time of freedom to raise her 2 kids and nurture her 3 step daughters as they've grown.

She was Realtor of the Year in 2019 and 2022; Top 100 People in Real Estate; served on the Local and State Real Estate Boards; and created a successful brokerage, Salty Peak Real Estate.

She created Builder Agent Academy in 2019 to help lead the way for other Real Estate Agents to create a successful six figure business.

She opened Swell Retreat in 2020 with her husband Ben.
